Ditchling Archery Beginners’ courses
Each year we run one or two beginners courses for adults and young people aged 10 and over. The course is run over 3 days, and the spring course has now been completed. We accept up to 12 beginners for the 3 session course which when completed, will give you a certificate to shoot and join any club. We would, of course, prefer you to join Ditchling Archery Club, but if our club sessions don’t fit in with your other interests, we wish you well at any other club.
We hope to run another beginners course in late summer, so if you missed this one, please email Phil, and put your name on the list. Courses are open to anyone, or any family, with an interest in archery who can travel to Ditchling to shoot with us. We shoot regularly outdoors on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings during the summer. In the winter, we shoot outdoors when the weather allows, and indoors at Lindfield Gun Club – some Sundays, and also on Monday evenings. Children need to be a minimum of 10 years old to sign up for the beginners course, and accompanied by an adult.

If you pass a beginner’s course at any other AGB affiliated archery club, you are very welcome to join Ditchling Archery Club, or join us for a session if you have an AGB affiliation card.
